We adhere to the principle of Data Minimization: we only collect the minimum amount of personal information necessary to provide our services. This includes:

• Inquiry Data: Name, professional email, and telephone provided via our contact gateway.
• Technical Data: Anonymized IP addresses and browser types for security monitoring.
• Service Data: Proprietary data processed through our AI and Cloud solutions (subject to specific Master Service Agreements).

2. AI Transparency & Algorithmic Logic

For clients utilizing XTEC-Agents or XTEC-Vision, we maintain radical transparency regarding our AI logic:

• Client data used for custom LLM deployment is never used to train public models.
• We do not utilize "black box" automated decision-making without a mechanism for human review.
• All synthetically generated content or AI outputs are clearly labeled within our internal enterprise environments.

3. Data Security & Sovereign Storage

We implement a Zero-Trust Architecture. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using enterprise-grade protocols. While we leverage global engineering excellence through SotaTek, all client-sensitive data remains stored on secure, local-sovereign cloud infrastructure unless otherwise requested by the client.

4. Disclosure to Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Data is only shared with trusted partners (such as SotaTek) strictly for the purpose of fulfilling specific engineering contracts, and only under rigorous non-disclosure and data protection addendums.

5. Your Rights & GPC Signals

We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. Users have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data. To exercise these rights, please contact our Data Privacy Lead via our primary contact gateway.

6. Governing Law

This policy and our data practices are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
